Drivewise is a Personal Contract Purchase agreement for individuals who wish to opt out of a company car scheme or who wish to have a car for their private use. This scheme gives you the ultimate in flexibility. At the outset you can choose the length of the period over which you wish the lease to run. This means that you can effectively manage your budget and you will probably be able to upgrade to a vehicle which would otherwise be unaffordable.

The residual value of the vehicle is established at the beginning of the contract which gives you a number of options when the lease expires. You can either:

  • part-exchange the vehicle and use the equity as the deposit on your next vehicle
  • keep the vehicle by settling the remaining residual value
  • keep the vehicle and re-finance the residual value
  • or hand the vehicle back to the leasing company

With the emphasis now turning to usership rather than ownership, this solution allows you to have a car that you may not be able to afford if you were buying outright, whilst also giving you a tight control over your budget.

We can discuss your financial options and make sure that you secure the most cost-effective solution available to you.
